At SAQI we believe the Quality approach is the foundation for South Africa's economic success and a better quality of life for all our people. Our priority is to promote Quality awareness in all South Africans and to influence the general public to expect quality in products and services and to spontaneously include quality in all their activities.
SAQI wants to play a leading role in establishing and sustaining a National Quality Infrastructure that enhances the competitiveness of the South African. economy. We want to create a National awareness of Quality to help improve the Quality of life of all South Africans particularly in those sectors that do no benefit from legislated Quality. Unify the Quality in all fields of human endeavor. We also want to represent South African Quality abroad and assist with the improvement of Africa's Quality infrastructure.
SAQI's Membership consists of 3 memberships such as Associate Member & Senior Members which includes a SAQI membership number, news letters & other quality information, access to SAQI's network and specialists, invitations of SAQI's annual forums and conferences as well as discounted in house training. SMME, Business level which includes a Company membership certificate, approval to use SAQI Logo's on stationery and electronic platforms (T's & C's apply), access to SAQI forums and conferences, discounted rates on training & consulting services, access to network opportunities & product advertising in the SAQI newsletters as well as opportunity to advertise Quality positions / vacancies on SAQI's social media platforms. Lastly the Corporate Level 1 & 2 + Platinum membership which includes all of the above benefits including the opportunity to serve on SAQI's Board of Directors, a complimentary "Quality Health Check" as well as assistance with the development of your company's Quality strategy, design & development of your Quality personnel HR development plan, design & development of unique Quality training curriculum, we also assist in your Company's Supplier Development program for new SMME suppliers.

I am in the Service industry in the role of a Tele-sales Manager working for one of the leading Insurance Companies in South Africa. I had the privilege to attend quality training with SAQI. The training really inspired and challenged my way of thinking and as a result I ensured that my entire management team attend the SAQI training. We have received so many tools that we have now implemented within our team and this training has changed our approach to quality for the better. Daltron Forge (Pty) Ltd
I started at Daltron Forge (Pty) Ltd in August 2018 as the Business Management System Administrator to help implement and continuously improve and maintain the ISO:2015 system. With the company having to restructure their business units, I was promoted to be their Junior Quality Manager at the beginning of 2021. Having demonstrated potential, Daltron Forge (Pty) Ltd gave me further opportunities by their willingness to invest in me by taking the Level 1 to 4 courses at SAQI.
With the very new position and career path SAQI has given me a positive new perspective on what quality is all about. I have gained so much knowledge from SAQI and have used some of the wonderful quality tools in Daltron Forge (Pty) Ltd. I can now see within Daltron Forge where opportunities for improvement are and act on them. There is still a lot to be done but having gained this knowledge from SAQI it is am exciting challenge for me.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to SAQI for helping me each and every step on my Quality career. SAQI provided me with the best and professional programs. SAQI made me ready for my career. Their training programs helped me standout from the rest using all the Quality tools. My company Venture Diversified products promoted me as a Plant Quality Leveler after completing the Level 2 program at SAQI in which they saw the benefits from it and the changes I have implemented. I felt a need to complete my level 3 with SAQI which I did and made me improve my attitude, knowledge and perception which helped me to gain not only theoretical but also practical knowledge with the class assignment that is part of the program. After completing my Level 3 I was promoted to be a Quality Engineer in the Mounding Department all thanks to SAQI.
